Getting started
We get to know you, your site and what you are hoping for, then put it all down in plain language before anything begins.
Discovery conversation
We meet, in the studio or over a call, to understand how you live or trade, what your site is like, where the budget sits, and what you are hoping for.

We set out the scope, the stages, the fees and the programme in language anyone can follow. Nothing starts until you have read it over and are comfortable saying yes.

Design
The idea takes shape on paper first, then in three dimensions, so you can see and feel it long before it is built.
Concept and feasibility
The first studies arrive with the thinking that holds them together: how the building meets its site, how light moves through it, and what the site, budget and regulations will actually allow.

Take in the big ideaDesign development
We resolve materials, proportion and detail together, and bring the space into 3D so you can judge it well before anyone breaks ground. Samples are seen in the real light of the room.

Delivery
We handle the documents and stay close to the build, all the way through to handover.
Documentation and approvals
Drawing sets and specifications precise enough to price and build from without guessing, plus the authority submissions and coordination that go with them.
